Finally, Rika's book is going home, with Eric's entry

SWEET book, Rika!

FYI, she knew I had the book all this time, got it at ECIS, it still took so long to get it back: sorry! I hope you are happy with it...

The "Landscape"
I was waiting to hear back from her, since I knew I was the last person to enter, and there were like 5-6 pages left. Is it presumptuous to think that I should just make a large piece to fill it up? That's precisely what I went for, after all, I've received a few books back with empty pages and it's a bit of a bummer (or at least that's my opinion)

After Jen's entry, I was stuck for a bit to figure out "complimentary", and then I just went for PATTERN, with light complimenting the black paper. I have a letterpress in my basement, and just put the whole accordion, after cutting it up a bit, onto the MDF carving, with yellow ink. Throw in some stencils, sanding to add a "weathered" feeling, spraypaint and of course, glitter.

Pockets (Jen)

I'm so sad to be missing the ECIS conference this year, but I'm so glad that the sketchbook and t-shirt got there in time.

Here's my pocket badge on Eric's t-shirt.

Jo's entry in Gail's book

Here is my entry into Gail's "Dust To Dust" book.

Jo's entry in Carol's book

Here is my entry in Carol's "Move" book. Carol wanted to know what it was that moves us ... so I took that quite literally and made 2 entries about Yoga which is what is currently moving me.
